                                 Board Changes

Intermodal Resource, the swapbody, road trailer and truck contract hire group is
pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Frome as Group Finance Director
with effect from 1 April 2006.

Andrew, 44, a qualified chartered accountant brings with him a wealth of
experience gained in both financial and operational roles. He has previously
held senior finance positions with Glaxo Wellcome, Critchley Group Plc and more
recently Edotech Investments Limited where, as Group Finance Director, he
oversaw numerous acquisitions and played a key role in the company's strategic
development prior to its sale.

Stephen Ball will remain on the Board as an Executive Director.

Robert Montague, Chief Executive, said:

'As a result of the continued growth of the Group we are pleased to report the
appointment of Andrew Frome as a director. His depth of relevant experience will
assist us greatly as we go forward.
