Publication of Final Terms pursuant to the issue of €350m 0.100 per cent. Senior Notes due 13 December 2018 by Aviva plc (the "Company")

The following Final Terms have been filed with the United Kingdom Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 12 September 2016 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by the Company of €350m 0.100 per cent. Senior Notes due 13 December 2018 under the £7,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme (the "Programme") of the Company dated 22 April 2016 (as supplemented on 30 August 2016). The Programme enables the Company to issue debt instruments, including a range of subordinated securities.

The Final Terms should be read in conjunction with the Base Prospectus dated 22 April 2016, as supplemented by a Supplemental Prospectus dated 30 August 2016 (together the 'Prospectus').
