CGNU PLC 26 April 2002 CGNU sells Royal Saint Georges Banque CGNU plc (CGNU) announces that CGU France has agreed the sale of Royal Saint Georges Banque to Abbey National France. The sale price is approximately Euros 26 million in cash. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
