Application has been made for the admission to the Official List of the Irish
Stock Exchange by way of a block listing facility of 2,275,000 ordinary shares
of UK25p in Aviva plc.  Application is made in respect of shares to be issued
pursuant to existing share option and bonus schemes as set out below:
