Aviva PLC 27 March 2007 News release 27 March 2007 DELTA LLOYD ACQUIRES ERASMUS GROUP Aviva plc ('Aviva') announces that its Dutch business, Delta Lloyd Group has completed the acquisition of Erasmus Groep BV ('Erasmus') in Rotterdam, following receipt of the required regulatory, works councils and the relevant competition authority approvals. Aviva announced Delta Lloyd's planned acquisition of Erasmus on 8 February 2007 and the acquisition will further strengthen Delta Lloyd's position in the Dutch insurance market.
