The Company received notification on 22 May 2012 that, as a result of recent purchases of ordinary shares in Avingtrans of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares"), Helium Special Situations Fund now holds a total of 2,715,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.4% of the issued share capital of the Company.
