Grant of Options 

On 8 July 2009, the Board of Avingtrans, in accordance with the Company's CSOP share scheme, granted options over 750,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at an option price of 35.00 pence per share. The following were issued to Directors:
