Director/PDMR Shareholding 

Avingtrans plc received notification on 24 April 2009 that Roger McDowell, Chairman of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 28 pence per Ordinary Share.  

Following the above transaction, Roger McDowell now holds 2,198,909 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 8.9 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
