Acquired Business Signs £1m Contract with Porvair

Avingtrans (AIM:AVG), a manufacturer of critical components and associated services to the global aerospace, energy and medical sectors is pleased to announce that Exterran UK, the business which it acquired on 4^th July and which shall be known henceforth as Maloney Metalcraft Ltd, has been awarded a contract with Porvair for the manufacture and supply of filter housing assemblies. The contract is expected to generate c£1 million of revenue and runs to the end of June 2014.
