Total Voting Rights and Capital

The Company announces that it has today bought back 100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: 0133508 / ISIN: GB0001335081), representing approximately 0.06% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 407.75 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in treasury.

As a result of the above transaction and in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company announces that the Ordinary share capital in issue, the number of Ordinary shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company as at 29 June 2012 are as follows:
