Repayment of the 10 3/8% Debenture Stock 2011 (the Debenture Stock)

It is announced that in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed governing the Debenture Stock, the Company will repay on 2 July 2011 the principal amount of the Debenture Stock at par to stockholders on the register at the close of business on 24 June 2011, together with accrued interest for the 6 months to 2 July 2011.

The Trustee and the Holders of the Debenture Stock have been notified accordingly.
