British Empire Securities and General Trust plc announces the purchase today
of 50,000 units of Equities Index Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 for cancellation
at £2.07p per unit.
Following the above purchase for cancellation, 4,081,530 units of Equities
Index Unsecured Loan Stock will remain in issue.
