                                                 NOTICE OF RESULTS,
                                 ACQUISITION UPDATE AND CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE

The  Board  of Avation, the PLUS Markets quoted commercial jet aircraft leasing provider, will announce its  interim
results for the period ending 30 December 2007 ahead of schedule on Monday 10 March.

ACQUISITION OF PLANE BY SUBSIDIARY
A  subsidiary of the Company, AIM quoted Capital Lease Aviation PLC, has announced the acquisition of a  Fokker  100
aircraft,  the third purchased to date. This brings the total number of aircraft in the wider Avation PLC  group  of

CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE
The company's registered office has been changed to
