                                          ISSUE OF SHARES

The  Board  of  Avation announces that on the 11 December 2008, the Company  issued  and  allotted
310,510 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise by Epsom Assets Ltd. (a company in which  Mr.
Chatfield,  Chairman of Avation, has a beneficial interest) of options at a price of 4  pence  per
ordinary share.

As  a consequence there are now a total of 25,580,510 shares in issue and the Directors' interests
are now 17.25%. Mr Jeff Chatfield has a beneficial interest in 3,800,000 shares representing 14.9%
of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
