                                      NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

The  Board of Avation Plc received notification on 2 June from Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited that it now has an interest  in 1,183,244 shares in the Company following an acquisition of 200,000 shares on 28th May  2008.  This
interest is 6.35% of the issued voting shares of the Company.
