On 18 April 2006 the Company was notified that, on 13 April 2006, Mr Paul
Bennett sold 240,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at 3.5p per share. On 18 April 2006 Mr Bennett sold a further 366,487
Ordinary Shares at 2.5p per share and no longer has a holding in the Company.
