Following the completion of its Placing and Admission to AIM, Readybuy plc (the
'Company') announces that it has received notification today that the following
investors have holdings in the Company of over three per cent:

Paul Stanton, holds 867,917 shares representing 4.82% of the Company's issued
share capital.

John Douglas Ogle Armstrong, holds 1,019,802 shares representing 5.67% of the
Company's issued share capital.

Brewin Nominees, holds 655,277 shares representing 3.64% of the Company's issued
share capital. Brewin Nominees' interest is as investment manager.
