Directorate change

Avacta Group plc (the "Company") announces that Barry Porter, Non-executive Director, has stepped down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect in order to concentrate on his other business interests.

Barry joined the Board of Avacta from Curidium Medica plc when it was acquired by the Company in 2009 and the Board would like to thank Barry for his valuable contribution since then, particularly in helping to guide the integration of the Curidium Medica business with Avacta.
