Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 November 2022 it purchased through Merrill Lynch International the following number of its ordinary shares for Cancellation at an average price of 530.5977 pence per share:

Following the above transaction, the Company has 940,368,340 ordinary shares in issue and holds 4,625,029 ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 935,743,311 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Auto Trader Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
