Publication of Annual Report and Financial Statements

Auto Trader Group plc (LSE: AUTO, "Auto Trader" or the "Company") the UK's largest digital automotive marketplace, has posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 29 March 2015 (the "Annual Report") to shareholders. The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on Thursday 17 September 2015 at the Company's registered office: 4^th Floor, 1 Tony Wilson Place, Manchester M15 4FN.

A copy of the Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
