Resignation of Non-Executive Director

 

 

Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European manufacturer of the patented Neptune melt-blown material and specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions, announces that Ian Griffiths has notified the Board of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the next AGM on 12 March 2021.

 

Adam Attwood, Non-Executive Chairman of Autins, said :

"It has been a pleasure to work with Ian who has served on the Board since the Group's IPO in 2016.  I would like to thank Ian for his insightful and valuable contributions while a member of the Board.  Ian leaves to concentrate on his other interests and does so with our very best wishes."
