Result of AGM

Aurora Investment Trust plc announces that all resolutions proposed at its AGM today, 28 June 2007, were both passed by show of hands and supported overwhelmingly by proxy votes, with the exception of the resolution to wind up the company (resolution 9) which was both rejected by show of hands and overwhelmingly defeated by proxy vote (7,135,630 votes against compared to 803,538 votes for). Therefore, in accordance with the recommendation of the directors and the wishes of shareholders, Aurora Investment Trust will not proceed to a winding-up, but will continue in business as an investment trust. ---END OF MESSAGE---
