Securities Ltd, and its holding company, Brewin Dolphin Holding plc
have an interest in 2,120,230 Aurora Investment Trust plc Ordinary
shares.  This represents 14.03% of the issued share capital.

These interests arise solely as a result of Brewin Dolphin Securities
Limited activities as a discretionary fund manager and neither Brewin
Dolphin Securities Ltd nor Brewin Dolphin Holdings Plc have any
beneficial interest in the shares.
