Confirmation of Board changes

Aurora Investment trust plc confirms that the following changes have become effective today, 18 July 2011:

Alex Hammond-Chambers and Richard Robinson have retired from the Board following the Annual General Meeting held today.

The Lord Flight of Worcester has been appointed a non-executive director and as non-executive chairman of the Board.  The Honourable James Nelson has been appointed a non-executive director.

Downing Structured Opportunities VCT 1 PLC (non-executive chairman)

Reenergy Group Plc

The Honourable James Nelson

James Nelson is currently a non-executive director of Intermediate Capital Group plc and of Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc.  He was previously, within the past five years, a non-executive director of American Opportunity Trust PLC. 

He does not currently hold any shares in Aurora and there is no information that requires to be disclosed under 6.F2 (b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
