The Company has been informed that on 20 December 2019 2019 Mr David Stevenson, a non-executive director of the Company, bought 4,100 ordinary shares of 25p nominal value each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 237.2p per share.

Following the above mentioned acquisition, Mr Stevenson is beneficially interested in 13,566 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate representing 0.02% of the Company's voting rights.
