As outlined in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, the Board is pleased to confirm that Ms Lucy Walker was appointed Chair of the Board, following the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 28 June 2022. Simultaneously, Lord Howard Flight retired as Chairman, and the Hon. James Nelson retired as Non-Executive Director.
