Banking arrangements and suspension

The Company is currently in discussions with its existing bankers to extend
its facilities, some of which are due to be repaid between now and the end of
this calendar year. At this stage the resolution of these discussions is
uncertain. Pending clarification of the Company's financial position the
directors of the Company have requested a suspension of trading in the
Company's shares on the Alternative Investment Market.
