Ardana plc (LSE: ARA) ('Ardana' or the 'Company') announces that it was informed
today that Carol Ferguson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, today bought
12,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each, of which 8,000 shares were bought at a
price of 109.5 pence per share and 4,000 shares at a price of 110.25 pence per
share. Following this purchase of shares, Mrs Ferguson will own 12,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital
