ARAM RESOURCES PLC
Aram Resources plc (the 'Company') announces the appointment of Bernard
Gaillard, Tony Gray, David Jones and Denis Dupont, all of Colas Ltd, to the
Board of the Company with effect from 11 December 2000; Mr Gaillard is
appointed Chairman of the Board. The Company also announces the resignation of
four directors - Ted Dilley, Bob Carlton-Porter, Andrew Wells and Tom Baty -
also with effect from 11 December 2000.
