holdings of the directors involved in the issued share capital of Aukett.


On 9 March 2000, Mr G C Harwood, a director of Aukett, and his wife Mrs A G
Harwood, each purchased 29,560 shares in the Company at 23.125p per share. Mr
Harwood's total beneficial holding in the Company is now 2,082,169 ordinary
shares which represents 2.88% of Aukett's issued share capital.
