BOARD APPOINTMENT

Aukett Group, the international group of architects, engineers and designers is
pleased to announce the appointment of Jose Antonio Navarro as a non-executive
director with immediate effect.

Mr Navarro, 40, is a Spanish national. He is the owner and managing director of
NAJP Property Company, based in Madrid. He was previously the managing director
of the Spanish subsidiary of Atis Real Auguste-Thouard, a French Property Group.
No other details in respect of the appointment of Mr Navarro are required to be
disclosed under paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

Jose Luis Ripoll, Chairman and CEO of Aukett Group, commented, 'The appointment
of Mr Navarro will bring to the Group experience of the wider property market in
Europe. He will be able to offer advice on the growth and development of
Aukett's European group of companies.'
