Further to the Company's announcement on 26 March 2004 relating to the
appointment to the Board of Mr Jose Luis Ripoll, Mr Gerald Deighton and Mr
Steven Beckers, the Company can confirm the following:

Mr Gerald Deighton was a director of Aukett Group Plc until his retirement in
January 2000.

The Company confirms that no other details in respect of the appointment of the
directors referred to above are required to be disclosed under paragraph 16.4 of
the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
