                              Additional Listing

Options over 7,838 ordinary shares in the Company were exercised, under the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme on 6 July 2001, at an exercise price
of 5.103p per share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for the new ordinary shares, which rank pari passu with existing
ordinary shares, to be admitted to the Official List. It is expected that
admission will become effective and dealings will commence on 24 July 2001.
