Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 14 September 2011 it purchased the following:

·    185,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of GBP 0.79 per Sterling share.

These shares will be held as treasury shares. 

Following this purchase and non-cancellation, the total number of shares in issue of the Company will be as follows:

435,000 Sterling Shares	111,869,548 Sterling Shares

From 14 September 2011, the total number of voting rights in the Company (rounded down to the whole number) is 111,869,548.
