Transaction in Own Shares

The Company announces that on 28 March 2012 it purchased the following:

·    28,184 ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of GBP 0.84 per Sterling share.

These shares will be held as treasury shares. 

Following this purchase and non-cancellation, the total number of shares in issue of the Company will be as follows:
