Re: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Atlantis Japan Growth Fund Limited announces that it 
has renewed its authority for the Fund to repurchase in the market up to 14.99 
per cent of its issued shares following an Extraordinary General Meeting which 
was held on 12th November 2001.
