Directors Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Atlantis Japan Growth Fund Limited ('the
Company') announces that Mr Tim Guinness, a non-executive director, has informed
the Company that he was appointed a non Executive Director of Quayle Munro
Holdings PLC, ('QMH'), a listed company, effective from 6th July 2007.

This is consequent upon QMH's acquisition of New Boathouse Capital Limited, a
company of which he was Chairman.
