At a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 6 July 2009, the Board noted the resignation of Mr Christopher Jones as Chairman of the Audit Committee and the appointment of Mr Andrew Martin Smith as the new Chairman of the Audit Committee.

 Mr Christopher Jones remains a member of the Audit Committee.
