TRADING UPDATE




The Directors of Manpower Software plc give the following update on current
trading.  There has been strong performance during the first half of the
financial year, across all sectors of the business, with some key contract wins
having been achieved.  As a result, the Directors are confident of at least
meeting current stock market expectations for the year and believe, also, there
is now an opportunity to exceed those expectations.
