                       Trading Update
                              
MSW Technology plc ('The Company') announces that it is
anticipating it will report a loss of approximately  £1.6m
for the year ended 31 May, 1999. This has been due to
contracts not having been finalised during the period.  The
results for the year will be announced in early September.

Current trading is satisfactory.

Ray Ride, Sales Director, has left the Company and Phil
Morgan has been promoted to Director of Sales.
