MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ('the Company')
SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE
Manpower Software plc and Reliance Security Services Limited have reached a
mutually satisfactory settlement in connection with a dispute over a software
contract entered into in November 1998. The financial consequences of this
settlement have been fully provided for in the accounts for the year ended 31
May 2001, which have been released today.
