Re Contract

Manpower SoftWare plc ('the Company') announces the award of contracts.

The MoD Army has awarded contracts to modify the Company's software product
for use by the Royal Engineers Territorial Army to help improve skill
assessment and training.  The contracts, which amount to in excess of £
100,000, are for the development and implementation within a single Brigade.
There are a number of other Brigades where Territorial Army staff are
deployed.

A major cruise line operator has awarded a contract to the Company to develop
and implement a crew task-scheduling product for one of its major ships.  The
initial value of the contract is in excess of £250,000.  The customer has an
option to extend the implementation to the rest of the fourteen ships in its
fleet.

This contract follows on from the Company's recent sales of its access control
product, 'Souls on Board', to P&O Princess Cruises plc and Sun Cruises
Limited, a subsidiary of Airtours plc
