                MSW TECHNOLOGY plc ('the Company')

The Company announces that it has entered into a contract with P&O  
Cruises Limited worth in excess of £500,000.  This contract  is
based  on  software solutions originally developed for  the  Royal
Fleet Auxiliary.

Further  to  the  Company's announcement  on  26th  October,  1999
regarding  raising working capital, the Directors expect  to  make
another statement shortly.
