Corporate Update

Atlantic Lithium joins the International Lithium Association

Atlantic Lithium Limited (AIM: ALL, ASX: A11, OTCQX: ALLIF, "Atlantic Lithium" or the "Company"), the funded African-focussed lithium exploration and development company targeting to deliver Ghana's first lithium mine, is pleased to announce that it has become an Associate Member of the International Lithium Association (ILiA), the global trade association for the lithium industry.

ILiA is a not-for-profit association based in London, founded in 2021 by some of the leading global lithium producers, at a time when the market for lithium was rapidly changing. Representing the entire lithium value chain, the association aims to be a voice and global authority for the industry and support the sector's efforts to supply high-quality lithium sustainably and responsibly.

Run by and for its members, ILiA facilitates greater dialogue within the industry and helps its members efficiently and effectively address challenges across the sector. Founding Core Members of the association include Albermarle, Allkem Ltd, AMG Brasil, Ganfeng Lithium, Pilbara Minerals, SQM and Tianqi Lithium. Today more than 85% of the lithium industry is part of ILiA.

Committed to acting as a modern, transparent and responsible mining company, Atlantic Lithium's membership of ILiA represents the Company's ambition to bringing the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana to production to play an important role in accelerating the electric vehicle revolution through the creation of a sustainable supply of lithium.

Commenting on Atlantic Lithium's ILiA membership, Neil Herbert, Executive Chairman, said:

"We are delighted to now be a member of this important industry body. The International Lithium Association has achieved so much in only a short period through its efforts to promote and support companies across the entire lithium value chain. Joining the association enables us to promote our activities wider within the sector and benefit from extensive knowledge that is shared between members.

"The association's vision closely resonates with our own ambition; of supplying high-quality lithium sustainably and responsibly. Membership comes at an exciting time for Atlantic Lithium as we advance the Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana through studies and permitting. As we move closer to bringing Ewoyaa to production, we are committed to working with our stakeholders, in-country and across the lithium value chain, and look forward to playing our role in delivering positive change through the supply of high-quality lithium."

Roland Chavasse, Secretary General of the International Lithium Association, commented:

"It gives me great pleasure to welcome Atlantic Lithium as an Associate Member of the International Lithium Association. Atlantic Lithium's Ewoyaa Project in Ghana is an exciting lithium spodumene concentrate project on track to become the country's first lithium-producing mine. The Company hopes to be a trailblazer in Ghana, leading efforts to establish itself as a major player in Africa's EV supply chain. We look forward to following and supporting Atlantic Lithium's progress as it nears first production in the coming years."
