                     NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company received notification on 7 December 2006 that, as a result of recent
disposals, Robert Drummond through his pension fund, The Robert Malcolm Drummond
SIPP, and his wife, Susan Jean Lawton Drummond, now hold, in aggregate,
2,528,789 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company, representing 5.69% of the
Company's issued share capital.
