                    NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES


The Company received notification yesterday that Robert Drummond through his
pension fund, The Robert Malcolm Drummond SIPP, and his wife, Susan Jean Lawton
Drummond, on 8 February 2007 sold 250,000 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company
and now hold in aggregate 2,178,789 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company,
representing 4.90% of the Company's issued share capital.
