                    NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company has been notified today that, as a result of the sale of 594,000
ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 15 April 2004,
Gartmore Investment Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.

Gartmore Investment Limited now holds 1,206,000 Ordinary Shares, representing
2.73% of the Company's issued share capital. These shares are registered in the
name of BNY GIL Client Account (Nominees) Limited a/c NWSC for Gartmore Growth
Opportunities.
