                    NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company has been notified today that Gartmore Investment Limited now holds
1,800,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"),
representing 4.07 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

The shares are registered in the name of BNY GIL Client Account (Nominees)
Limited a/c NWSC for Gartmore Growth Opportunities.
