Manpower Software plc ('the Company')
Notification of interest
The Company was yesterday notified that Strand Associates Limited has disposed
of 1,290,322 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company ('Shares'). Following the
disposal Strand Associates Limited now has an interest in 954,112 Shares of
the Company, representing 3.99 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
