MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ('the Company')
NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company has today been notified that Finsbury Technology Trust PLC has a
total interest in 2,438,829 5p ordinary shares, representing 10.2 per cent of
the Company's issued share capital.
